Discover the secrets of the nature park in a guided tour.
Discover the many facets of the nature park together with trained nature mediators or forest educators, to deepen your knowledge and gain new insights.
The Purkersdorf Nature Park invites you to experience nature in 3-hour tours with competent and experienced forest educators.
Unless otherwise indicated, pre-registration is required at the Nature Park office or directly with our partners.
Forest tours
In our annually changing programs with thematic and seasonal focuses, you will discover, for example, with our nature educators some of the 150 breeding bird species, different animal tracks or edibles from the forest at the nature park Spechtln or you are on tour with the nature park specialties beekeeper Bieno, which you look over the shoulder at the buzzing nature park or spin honey yourself. Learn and refine graphic craftsmanship and close observation of wildlife at the forest tour workshop on proper sketching with a few tips and tricks.
As an active nature park researcher (optionally also possible in the company of a nature park guide) go on a riddle rally or a seasonal treasure hunt, find relaxation in the forest at the offer "Healthy through the forest" with yoga or at the Achsamen hiking. Those who like it more sporty can actively participate in one of the running competitions and find sports enjoyment.
Partner programs in the nature park
Through the cooperation with our regional partners, nature park guests get up close and personal with forest animals, teenagers go on adventure tours, younger children celebrate their birthdays in the forest or spend a few days of their Easter and summer vacations in nature.
