The apartment is located in a detached house in a very quiet location (dead end street) 6 minutes walk to the train station and the center of Purkersdorf.

The Viennese transport network is only 900 meters away. There is a first-class bus and train connection. The train connection ends at the subway in Vienna, from where you can be in the city center (Stephansplatz, State Opera) in 5 minutes.
Total travel time approx. 20 minutes.

The apartment consists of a 24sqm living room/bedroom with access to a terrace. Furnished with comfortable beds, 2 armchairs, chest, chest of drawers, satellite TV, various books.
Kitchen: 7sqm fitted kitchen with electric stove, fridge, cozy sitting area and complete crockery and cooking equipment.
Anteroom, bathroom with shower & WC, central heating. Size of the entire apartment approx. 40 square meters.
Bed linen and towels are provided and are included in the price. W-lan internet connection free of charge.
Parking space in front of the house.

Purkersdorf
Purkersdorf is located in the middle of the Vienna Woods and borders on the western city limits of Vienna. The town has a very beautiful town center with a pedestrian zone. There are various shopping facilities nearby (Spar, bakery, Lidl, butcher, Bipa etc.).
The Bachstüberl is located on the main square and offers very good regional cuisine. Further information is available on arrival.

Leisure activities
The Sandstone Vienna Woods Nature Park is approx. 75 hectares in size, is freely accessible all year round and is directly adjacent to the city of Vienna.
There are also beautiful hiking trails and a nature trail where both plants and various stones are described.
