The nature park is open to the public. There is no admission fee. 

If you enjoy our nature park, you can support us by making a donation at the donation boxes (at the feeding station by the sheep enclosure at Kellerwiese and on the nature trail)! 

Our nature park is open to the public 365 days a year. 

Please respect the animals’ need for rest at night. At dusk and at night, many animals rely on the forest as an undisturbed habitat, so please avoid making noise and using lights in the evening.

We recommend travelling by public transport.

The main entrance to Purkersdorf Nature Park is located on Kellerwiese, near the REX50 / S50 train station Purkersdorf-Zentrum and right next to the Purkersdorf-Kellerwiese regional bus stop.

You may bring your dog with you, provided you keep it on a short lead. 

Dogs must be kept on a lead in the nature reserve, as wild animals are very often frightened by dogs running free and find it difficult to recover from the stress. Birds are particularly sensitive to disturbance from dogs during the breeding season and will abandon their nests as a result.

No, cycling and mountain biking are not permitted. 

Our nature park is reserved for nature and pedestrians. Therefore, cycling is not permitted anywhere within the nature park grounds (including the Sängerbrunnen meeting point and the nature trail).
